Welcome to Mentor MD! By enrolling in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they outline your responsibilities as a client and our commitments to you.

1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all services provided by Mentor MD.

1.2 By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

2.1 Mentor MD provides USMLE mentoring services, including tailored study plans, accountability systems, and performance feedback.

2.2 The scope of services is determined by the subscription package you choose (Basic, Standard, or Premium).

2.3 Mentor MD reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or enhance its services as necessary to ensure quality and effectiveness.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Clients are expected to actively participate in their mentorship journey by attending sessions, completing tasks, and following the study plan.

3.2 Clients are responsible for providing accurate information to help mentors customize their guidance.

3.3 Respectful communication with mentors and other clients is mandatory. Any form of disrespect, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

4.1 Subscription fees must be paid in full before services commence.

4.2 Prices differ for Egyptian and non-Egyptian clients to reflect varying economic conditions and ensure accessibility. This pricing adjustment is not discriminatory but empathetic.

4.3 Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:

• If Mentor MD fails to deliver the agreed-upon services.

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of service commencement.

• No refunds will be issued for partial or unused services.

5. Commitment and Results

5.1 Mentor MD offers guidance, resources, and support, but results depend on the client’s commitment and effort. Mentor MD cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as USMLE scores or pass rates.

5.2 Clients understand that lack of participation or failure to follow recommendations may limit the effectiveness of our services.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

6.1 Mentor MD values your privacy and ensures all personal information shared during the mentoring process remains confidential.

6.2 Mentor MD may collect and store data to improve its services. By enrolling, you consent to the use of this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination of Services

7.1 Mentor MD reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms and Conditions.

7.2 Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused services unless under the conditions specified in Section 4.

8. Liability Disclaimer

8.1 Mentor MD is not liable for any failure to achieve USMLE results or academic outcomes. Our role is to provide mentorship, but ultimate responsibility lies with the client.

8.2 Mentor MD is not responsible for any technical issues, such as connectivity problems, during online sessions.

9. Modifications to Terms

9.1 Mentor MD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mentor MD operates.

مرحبًا بكم في مينتور ام دي! عند اشتراكك في خدماتنا، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام التالية. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية لأنها توضح مسؤولياتك كعميل والتزاماتنا تجاهك.

١. الشروط العامة

1.1 هذه الشروط والأحكام تحكم استخدام جميع الخدمات المقدمة من مينتور ام دي.
1.2 من خلال الاشتراك في خدماتنا، فإنك تقر بأنك قد قرأت وفهمت ووافقت على هذه الشروط والأحكام.

٢. الخدمات المقدمة

2.1 تقدم مينتور ام دي خدمات الإرشاد لتحضير امتحانات USMLE، وتشمل:

• خطط دراسية مخصصة.

• أنظمة محاسبة ومتابعة.

• تقارير أداء دورية.

2.2 يتم تحديد نطاق الخدمات وفقًا للباقة التي تختارها (Basic، Standard، Premium).
2.3 تحتفظ مينتور ام دي بالحق في تعديل أو تحسين أو إيقاف أي من خدماتها لضمان أعلى مستوى من الجودة.

٣. مسؤوليات العميل

3.1 على العملاء الالتزام بالمشاركة النشطة من خلال:

• حضور الجلسات.

• إكمال المهام الموكلة إليهم.

• الالتزام بخطط الدراسة الموضوعة.

3.2 يجب على العملاء تقديم معلومات دقيقة وشاملة لتخصيص الإرشاد بما يناسب احتياجاتهم.
3.3 يُحظر تمامًا أي شكل من أشكال عدم الاحترام أو السلوك غير اللائق مع المرشدين أو الزملاء. يؤدي انتهاك ذلك إلى الإنهاء الفوري للخدمات دون استرداد.

٤. سياسة الدفع والاسترداد

4.1 يجب دفع رسوم الاشتراك بالكامل قبل بدء الخدمة.
4.2 الأسعار مخفضة للمصريين، والغزاويين، والسوريين، والسودانيين، لتعكس الظروف الاقتصادية. أي محاولة للاستفادة من هذا التخفيض دون استيفاء الشروط ستؤدي إلى إلغاء الخدمة واسترداد المبلغ المدفوع.
4.3 يتم رد الأموال فقط في الحالات التالية:

• إذا فشلت مينتور ام دي في تقديم الخدمة المتفق عليها.

• يجب تقديم طلبات الاسترداد خلال 7 أيام من بدء الخدمة.

• لن يتم رد الأموال للخدمات المستخدمة جزئيًا أو غير المستخدمة.

٥. الالتزام والنتائج

5.1 تقدم مينتور ام دي الدعم والإرشاد والموارد، ولكن النجاح يعتمد على التزام العميل وجهوده الشخصية.
5.2 لا تضمن مينتور ام دي أي نتائج محددة، مثل درجات USMLE، حيث تعتمد النتائج بشكل كبير على التزام العميل.

٦. الخصوصية

6.1 تلتزم مينتور ام دي بسرية المعلومات الشخصية للعميل، ولن يتم مشاركة أي بيانات دون إذن مسبق.
6.2 قد يتم استخدام بعض البيانات لتحسين جودة الخدمات بما يتماشى مع سياسة الخصوصية.

٧. إنهاء الخدمات

7.1 تحتفظ مينتور ام دي بالحق في إنهاء الخدمة إذا خالف العميل أيًا من الشروط والأحكام.
7.2 يمكن للعميل إلغاء اشتراكه في أي وقت، ولكن لن يتم رد الأموال للخدمات غير المستخدمة إلا وفقًا للبند 4.

٨. إخلاء المسؤولية

8.1 مينتور ام دي غير مسؤولة عن أي فشل في تحقيق نتائج أكاديمية أو درجات USMLE.
8.2 مينتور ام دي غير مسؤولة عن أي مشكلات تقنية، مثل انقطاع الاتصال أثناء الجلسات عبر الإنترنت.

٩. تعديل الشروط والأحكام

9.1 تحتفظ مينتور ام دي بالحق في تعديل أو تحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت. سيتم إبلاغ العملاء بأي تغييرات.

١٠. القانون الحاكم

10.1 تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين الدولة التي تعمل بها مينتور ام دي.
