At Mentor MD, our journey started as USMLE students who, like many others, faced countless challenges and made our share of mistakes. We witnessed the same struggles in our peers—students lost in the overwhelming process of preparing for one of the most crucial exams in their medical careers.

In our early attempts to help, we shared strategies, offered guidance, and supported those who reached out to us. But as word spread, we found ourselves inundated with requests from students seeking personalized advice and accountability. What started as a small effort to help a few quickly grew into a much larger responsibility, and we realized we needed a more structured way to make a meaningful impact.

This realization led us to create Mentor MD—a service designed specifically for USMLE preparation, built around a unique accountability system. This system allows us, as mentors, to closely monitor our mentees’ progress, provide personalized support, and ensure they stay on track to achieve their goals.
